    Καλησπέρα κορίτσια..πολυ ενδιαφέρον το θέμα.εγω ειμαι στην 14 εβδομάδα κ μόλις σήμερα πήρα για πρώτη φορά σίδηρο το hemafer μασώμενο το πρωί μόλις ξυπνηςα που σίγουρα θα ειμαι νηστικη μεσημεράκι πριν φάω το filicine και το βράδυ μετα το φαγητό ασβέστιο..μαγνήσιο δεν μου έδωσε ακόμα..θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω τη γνώμη σας κατα πόσο σωστά τα παίρνω όπως επίσης μια κοπέλα έγραψε για παρενέργειες του hemafer ποιες ειναι αυτες;;;ευχαριστώ πολυ
